Privacy notice · Last updated November 7, 2026
This notice describes this static website and business enquiries. It should be reviewed against the actual hosting, email and form services before launch. Client services may have additional terms.
Who we are
tresD is a small business based in Kamloops, British Columbia, run by Adrián Valera and his wife. For privacy questions, access or correction requests, or to withdraw consent for future contact, email [email protected] and ask for the privacy contact.
What we collect and why
If you contact us, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email, business name, website and message. We use them to respond, prepare a requested audit or quote, and communicate about that enquiry. Please do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive customer information.
How the contact form works
By default, the form opens a draft in your own email application. It does not send information to a form service. You review the draft and decide whether to send it. Your email provider and our email provider then process the message under their own terms.
If hosted form delivery is enabled later, this notice must first identify the form provider, link its privacy policy and explain relevant storage or international processing. No hosted form endpoint is active in this version.
Hosting, cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising cookies, use tracking pixels, load external fonts or include third-party analytics. The hosting provider may process technical request data, such as IP addresses, browser information and access times, to deliver and secure the website. The chosen provider and its privacy policy must be identified here before public launch.
Consent and email marketing
Sending an enquiry permits us to respond to that enquiry; it does not automatically subscribe you to promotional email. Separate marketing communications require a valid consent basis under Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Promotional messages must identify the sender, provide required contact details including a valid mailing address, and include an unsubscribe mechanism. We honour unsubscribe requests within 10 business days. No newsletter subscription is offered on this website.
Sharing and safeguards
We do not sell your enquiry information. We use it only for the purposes described, and may use necessary service providers for hosting and email, or disclose information where legally required. Providers may process information outside Canada. We aim to limit access to those who need it and use reasonable safeguards; no internet transmission is completely secure.
Retention, access and your choices
Enquiry information is kept only as long as needed for the enquiry, an agreed business relationship or legal recordkeeping. You may ask what personal information we hold, request a correction or deletion where permitted, or withdraw consent for future optional communications by emailing us. Some business or legal records may need to be retained.
Canadian privacy context
We aim to handle personal information in line with applicable Canadian privacy requirements, including British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, where applicable, the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). This notice is not a legal certification or legal advice.
Changes
We will update this notice if the website’s tools or information practices change. The date above identifies this version.
